The functionality available in LogoManager and
SmartSMS is dependent on your handset and also on your particular network
provider. These packages support the feature set for particular models as
advertised by Nokia, however we can not be held responsible if particular
features are unavailable because of faults in the device, or if they have been
overridden by settings made by your service provider, or if you are using a
handset for which the software has not been designed. In the case where
functionality is limited due to problems in firmware in the handset, it may be
possible to have this rectified by your local Nokia Service Centre.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy and will make every
reasonable effort to ensure that your personal details are not made available
to third parties other than those involved in the handling of your order.
Any order details that you supply will be kept
on our own systems for the purposes of communicating with you with regard to
your order and associated technical or sales support. Your card details are not
retained on our servers, however they may be stored in part or in full within
the systems of the secure payment service and its acquiring bank; this
information is only used for the purposes of order validation, fraud prevention
and processing of refunds.
The mailing list is an opt-in service which is
used to keep customers informed of new developments.
Delivery
The software codes are usually delivered via
email. Email delivery is made worldwide upon receipt of cleared payment. A
confirmation message should be sent out to you as soon as the order is placed.
Email-delivered goods will often be delivered within a few minutes of placement
of the order, but can take up to a maximum of 48 hours. If you have not
received the confirmation message, or do not receive the product within the
expected timescale, then please
contact us as soon as
possible, giving full details of your order. If you have provided incorrect
contact details, then we may not be able to alert you of any problems; if you
suspect that this might have occurred, please contact us immediately rather
than waiting.
Refund policy
The software is sold on a 'try before buy'
basis; cancellations and refunds cannot usually be given once the product has
been delivered, except at our discretion. We promise to assist you in every way
we can to help you resolve any problems. If any hardware product that we supply
is found to be defective, it will be replaced by return. Goods found to be
tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the
customer's expense.
Fraud
We review every order that is made and we do
not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Orders that we
suspect of being fraudulent may not be processed. Security details and other
dispatched materials associated with your software are subject to the terms and
conditions of the software licence. We reserve the right to cancel any
registration that is obtained illegally or which is being used in contravention
with the terms of the software licence. Any attempted fraudulent action will be
reported to the relevant authorities and may lead to prosecution.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent

liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software
product or the provision of or failure to provide Support Services, even if the
author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the
author's entire liability under any provision of the terms and conditions shall
be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the product or
